Admissions
As of January 1, 2023, RMS will only be accepting applications and enrolling students on our five-day schedule.
Payment Methods
Tuition will be due every other week in advance of service. Payment may be made using check, Brightwheel, or Chase Quick Pay with Zelle. Please keep in mind a 3% service fee will be added to tuition paid via Brightwheel. Receipts for tuition payment are issued upon request.
Sibling Discount
If more than one child is enrolled, RMS will give a 5% discount for the tuition of the older child. This discount will continue as long as more than one child is enrolled at RMS. This will be applied to all new students as of July 2024.
Late Payments
RMS will assess a $5.00 late payment service charge per business day.
Application Fee
An application fee will be assessed for every child after your scheduled meet and greet.
Fee Adjustments
Fees are subject to review by RMS and may be adjusted annually. Notice of any adjustments to the fee schedule will be given to the parents at least one month prior to the effective date of any change.
Refunds
No refunds will be given for termination or withdrawal from the program. No refunds will be given for illness, vacation, or other reasons for absence.
Dates of Closure
Regular fees will be incurred on all days that RMS is closed: holidays, professional in-service days and such. Updated yearly calendars are available at the beginning of each year.
Activity Fee
An additional fee may be incurred for special events. The fee will be charged per event, if the event occurs on the child’s scheduled day of attendance. Parents will receive a monthly invoice informing them of such fees. This may vary each month and may be paid separately or added into tuition payments.
Withdrawal from Program
Parents must provide RMS with an eight-week (8 week) written notice that their child(ren) will be withdrawing from the program.
